I had the most wonderful experience at Avenue 22 Off the Rack! The stylist my appointment was with was named Emma and she was so sweet and supportive the entire visit! There was a great selection of dresses in my size and Emma was really knowledgeable about not only the different designers and styles, but also alterations that could be made to each dress to have it fit me perfectly! I highly recommend booking an appointment here if you’re looking for a dress quickly or for a designer dress within a certain budget! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

Thank you Enrica and Ave 22 Off Rack for making my wedding dress shopping experience absolutely seamless! Enrica was incredible at making me feel relaxed and having the experience be enjoyable, and not stressful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and nailed it with the second dress I tried on! She did not make me feel stressed that my wedding was just two months away, and made me feel even more comfortable telling me a story about her friend who planned her wedding in just 3 weeks! Enrica was so personable and listened to everything I needed. She also gave great recommendations for alterations specialists.

If you are a bride who is getting married soon, or want to save a little bit of money, I could not recommend Ave 22 Off the Rack more! I am so impressed. I had so much fun I wish I could go back and pick another dress ;)

She helped me envision what my dress could be with simple alterations and I was so impressed with her knowledge and beautiful suggestions. I said yes to the dress today! I had an excellent experience at Ave 22 OTR! In my initial bridal appointment Enrica helped me (they have a beautiful selection) and I shortlisted three (one of which I had a gut feeling would be THE ONE)! I went to a few other places after that appointment to see if I’d get that feeling with any other dress but nope! I knew I had to go back and say YES to my dress. Enrica made me feel so comfortable, she wasn’t pushy at all and gave me all the space and time I needed to make my decision. Thank you!

I felt no pressure to buy a dress that day and the emphasis was on having fun, feeling good and finding the perfect dress. I was able to try on different silhouettes until we found the right one.

When I found a dress that was a strong contender for ‘the one’ Samira pulled out all of the stops. She had a bouquet for me, I tried on a veil with it, she helped tuck in some cute cap sleeves so I could visualize how it would look with that alteration. She had jewelry and head pieces to try on too. We also walked up to the front of the store and looked at me in the dress in natural light.

All these extras helped me to envision myself on my wedding day. I wasn’t sure I would have a feeling of a dress being perfect, I thought maybe I’d have to settle but I truly love my dress and I am so thankful for the amazing service at Ave 22 Off the Rack. Thank you!

Amazing overall experience at Ave 22 off the rack! Samira was extremely helpful and provided all the info I needed about dress care and alterations. What really stood out to me was that they honoured the sale price of the dress from when I first tried it on in January; they did not need to do this but knew I loved the dress so much. Would highly recommend!

I had my first dress consultation here with Enrica, and it was amazing. We had so much fun, and the girls were so kind & helpful it felt like shopping with friends. I was nervous that I would feel pressured or hovered over during the appointment but it wasn’t like that at all. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience and all the dresses I tried on were gorgeous

Incredible kudos to Emma for all the work she put in. Going in I had a specific style in mind and after trying on a few dresses came to the horrifying conclusion that I didn’t mesh with that style. Emma noticed immediately and seamlessly transitioned into helping me find a different style that complemented my body and that I actually fell in love with. She turned what would have been and overwhelming experience into one of complete joy and by the end felt like one of my friends that I brought in with me. I would highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone looking and even further recommend seeking her out if you do!

I thought the reviews sounded too good to be true. Ave 22 off the rack was my last scheduled bridal appointment (out of 5). I wasn't confident going in because the other bridal shops were disappointing, but Mya and the rest of the team really are the real deal! Mya took the time to understand what I was looking for, and she was also very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. I couldn't have asked for a better stylist and she ended up finding the perfect dress for me.

Although I didn’t find my dress here, I want to say my experience with Enrica was amazing start to finish. The dresses are well taken care of at Ave 22nd and they really take the time to know you and understand your style and interest. We had the whole store to ourselves and it was luxurious. Enrica wasn’t pushy and also provided a lot of incredibly helpful tips about alterations and styles. What I appreciated most was their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend that brides come here on their saying ‘yes’ to the dress journey!

My experience at Ave 22 Off The Rack was amazing! Mya was so incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Tyler made my wedding dress shopping experience effortless. She was SO helpful in finding my wedding dress. You can see that she genuinely likes to work here and her interest is in the bride to be.

She let me try on dresses several times and even suggested more dresses that I would have never picked out for myself.

I fell in love with a dress that she herself choose and I couldn’t have been more happier.

She made a girl like me (who thought wedding dress shopping was a chore ) really excited about her wedding dress!

All of the dresses in this store are in very good condition except for 1 that I tried on.
